About this site

The Suttons Railway Station is a Jamaican Georgian timber structure set on a stone base. Features of the structure include a vented gable end zinc roof, solid recessed panel timber doors, sash windows, jalousies and handrails with latticework.

The station was constructed in the early twentieth century when the railway line was extended from May Pen to Frankfield.
