← All DepartmentsThe Project Management and Implementation Department support the work of the Jamaica National Heritage Trust by turning plans and ideas into well-executed projects. The team oversees the implementation of a wide range of initiatives, including policy development, conservation projects, and infrastructure-based works that advance the Trust’s mandate.
Acting as the bridge between planning and delivery, the department provides administrative, managerial, and technical support across the organization. This enables collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, responsibly, and in line with established objectives.
The department works closely with local and international governmental and non-governmental partners, community stakeholders, and internal clients. Through consultation, coordination, and responsive engagement, the team supports effective decision-making and positive project outcomes.
Driven by a shared commitment to the mission and vision of the Jamaica National Heritage Trust, the Project Management and Implementation team continues to innovate, implement, and support initiatives that contribute to the protection and preservation of Jamaica’s tangible heritage for future generations.
